Various events are held throughout the year including evening concerts and fireworks displays. Places to Visit Park Lane has plenty to offer its visitors. One of its main attractions is the Marble Arch, a large 19th century monument that was commissioned by George IV and designed by John Nash. Hyde Park Corner is also worth a visit with its array of monuments and statues, including Wellington Arch and Achilles Statue. Alongside this there are multiple other attractions such as Speakers' Corner, Kensington Palace Gardens, Serpentine Gallery, Serpentine Lido and Apsley House. Tube Stations The closest tube station to Park Lane is Marble Arch which is served by the Central Line. Other nearby stations include Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line) Green Park Station (Jubilee/Piccadilly/Victoria lines) and Bond Street station (Central/ Jubilee Lines).
Park Lane itself runs through the centre of Hyde Park from north-western corner down to South Carriage Drive in Kensington Gardens. The A4 road runs along side Hyde Park before merging with Edgware Road heading west out of London towards Heathrow Airport. Overall, Park Lane is a great area of London to explore with plenty on offer whether you're looking for culture, relaxation or entertainment.
